On January 22, Jeanne Goldberg, Ph.D., a Professor of Nutrition Emerita at the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University with Masters’ and Ph.D. degrees from Tufts presented an informative webinar on good nutrition focusing on issues such as: What influences our eating behavior? What are “good” foods? What defines healthy eating? Her presentation, entitled “The OCS Diet: The Promise of Good Nutrition”, provided some answers to those questions as well as a little history of the evolving view of nutrition professionals on the frequently asked question of which foods are “good” or “bad” and how that perceived inconstancy can complicate the issue for those seeking a healthy diet.
