If you missed Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University Professor of Nutrition Emerita Jeanne Goldberg’s January 22nd informative presentation which focused on the ABCs of good nutrition and how to achieve it, it’s not too late to take it all in. Her presentation provided a sensible approach to this often confusing topic as well as a little history of the evolving view of nutrition professionals on the frequently asked question of which foods are “good” or “bad” and how that perceived inconstancy can complicate the issue for those seeking a healthy diet.
